International students on a full-time campus course are guaranteed a room in their first year if the request is complete by 7 August 2027. The guarantee does not cover a short exchange of one term.
A room is guaranteed if the request is in by 7 August 2027.
That covers a full-time campus course in the first year. A one-term exchange is not included. The £100 booking fee is taken when you submit preferences, and refunded if you decline the room we offer.
How a room is booked
Once you have an offer, you receive a student number and a link to the room portal. Choose two preferences. A £100 booking fee is taken when you submit. It is refunded if you decline the room we offer. It is kept if you accept and then withdraw.
Contracts are for the academic year. Read the dates before you sign. Bedding packs can be ordered for arrival week if you do not want to buy them in town on the first night.
